    Visual studio tells me that he can't open file "libboost_system-vc140-mt-x64-1_66.lib".     I DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE A SERVER

    Anyone please explain me this: i download files of a server and there is not any Launcher to launch server. What should i do? by other way, i used another files and only me could connect and i dont know how to create a database, what sohuld i do?
