Try to avoid this kind of lined eyes specially on the left side of the sprite, remind that the head is a circular thing, so the line won't be the same in the both sides of the face, nice improve on the nose, look, i made some edit in the eye and did a little highlight to the nose detail

the siege weapon in the center are a cool stuff but doesn't make any sense having it in the middle of the orc fortress

dont be shy in putting in more details mate, you could use you more things that reminds a temple, thats just look like a hill with some kind of barrack in the top of it, try add some statues, light, trash, will improve aloot by doing this.
