Prey menu opens up for second then the client crashs with no errors. Server is still up

Both players in znote and in the server schema are the same id still getting the player is not online error but he is online

So im currently getting an error everytime the globalevent is being sent Skipped one shop order. Reason: Player with id [3] is not online. The player is online yet it still says he is offline Could anyone possibly help me with this.
