I think Quarley did a fine job. Everybody makes mistakes sometimes, and he was in the wront banning people for disturbing fights while sometimes doing the same himself. But overall he was competent, and perhaps more importantly, he was tremendously active and zealous in catching and banning botters.

Since Quarley isn’t GM any longer, there is no active GM overseeing the War OT, i.e. botters roam freely.

Oh okay.

Is that Hazard? I would trust that he could pull that off several times in a row.
