Buying spells isn't usefull on a high or low rate server for me, its just annoying. Specially on the beggining, when you can't train magic level on a server, where you just started.

The "Above normal" is enough, you dont need to get it higher :P

Best rate is 3, i remember when i was playing on servers called "sinteria" and with that rate it was really good.

I had many chars, thats why i never really did get high level. The highest was i think 53 knight and 48 pally.

Counter Strike 1.6, also i play some condition zero but 1.6 is much better.

I'm not good in maps, but for me it looks great, hope it will get bigger.

If it's about server as a program, i guess it's forgotten server, but if its about the server where you play, it's hard to choose. Anyway before there was more "normal" servers, right now people just make them to have some fun with being gm, after what the servers get closed.
