I had it wrong. It freezes players so they must do exit and login. Thats so annoying please anyone?

It freezes oftenly 4/5 seconds. Then its goes away. Its not a server save or cleaning.

As the title says.. I have a server 8.0 (Called Lighter-Kummerack.) The problem is players get freezing in my servers. What could the problem be? It is really important for me cause I got great server, they leave due freezing?:S Please help me as soon as possible. /Desolution:cool:
