    Custom spells doesn't work!

    I've been creating custom spells. It hits and the image goes how I want it. However, it has no exhaustion and it doesn't drain your mana. Why is that? It's writen perfectly in spells.xml the exhaustion and the mana it takes. Any help? Any solutions? The server I downloaded is Styller Yourots...
