All players got red skull in my who is online, gesior 0.3.6 website page. How I fix that?

My Server is TFS 0.3.6PL1 Crying Damson. Sometimes it crashes, (dont know why)... I use restarter.. but restarter dont work because the TFS window dont close, the process still running, it doesnt close after crash! How to fix it? Thanks!

How to fix that? There is a brutal Exhausted while running, walking with char. so knights can't use follow to atk player, cause when they're walking they cant use potions or heal... How can I take off this "Walking Exhausted"? Someone knows??
