it is a bit out of perspective, try to align the shoulder with the foot in a 45 angle line, hands seem with pretty good alignment though

the problem in this case is not the colors, it is how you blend them, the texture.. wish i could help you but i only did that in a small icon, in this case it is different. try to google "fire texture" or "fire pixel art", it may bring some results to study

i tryed fire unly once and i got a result i quite liked. use a bit red maybe, orange and yellow. don't use white, i don't think it will look good. you can use blue to make alchool like fire (well, not on this case of course) or green for other random chemicals that i do not recall.

that cloth piece looks awesome, but the 3 perfected alligned folds on top makes it look a bit fake. You should maybe leave only one or 2 or make them in a way they apear more random.

nice colours, you could give a little texture to the wings thing and a better shadding on the top part to look more round

that first dragon shield lines look nice, just try to use less saturated colors to give it a more realistic look. your general outlines are good, i recomend you check some shading tutorials, try this forum, maybe it has some
