Well, there's a bug with NPC Lugri, he doesn't respond at all, and he's supposed to give an addon for some items (Wizard Outfit addon 1) Aswell as there is totally no NPC to start the bloodbrothers quest. I also heard people complaining about no warmaster outfit quest. Dunno if it helps or...
