Hello!

How to update database from TFS 0.2 to TFS 0.3?
Do you have any method for updating database?

There is builded database manager in 0.3 and it should update database.
 
There's a database manager included in 0.3 if you start the ots tfs 0.3 will update it. Make a backup of the database and try it.
