Windows 0.3.2 (Crying Damson), Clone bug?

hello i got problem with my ot
some guys just clone items, without crash server.. how they do it ?
i dont have auto restarter in my server.. so they cant make it this when im been of so ?

How i can repair it ?

i have sms shop on my ot maybe in sms shop i have some bug?
