Go to Spells.xml and put this virtually anywhere:

	<conjure name="Blank Rune" words="adori blank" mana="20" conjureId="2260" conjureCount="1" exhaustion="1000" needlearn="0" event="function" value="conjureRune"/>

And there you go. Hope I helped.
