TFS 1.X+ 10.x/11.x OT without certain features feasible?

So, I always ran 8.6 OTs because I absolutely hated the new cooldown system, new Depot (Market and Inbox), new PvP rules (except war system) and player stacking.

My question is, could I run a TFS 1.0 distro running one of these more up-to-date versions and have these features reverted back to 8.6 status? Notably the Market and the cooldown system.
