ERROR 1146 (42S02) at line 539: Table 'tibia.player_skills' doesn't exist

Still the same error like I import it in phpmyadmin!

Open your tibia.sql with any text editor and put the player_skills creation part above every other, do the same with another errors.

i had the same problem some time ago, had to fix it manually (and by the way, update your phpmyadmin phpMyAdmin - Download !)
