We don't know - most likely not but who knows if he is keeping it for himself.

He says that he did not share all the info he knows either. He also thinks that the mystery is already solved unless there is a greater quest/mystery yet unknown, maybe not even in the Serpetine Tower itself but somewhere else.

He mentions that the mystery may just be the ability for players to gain all this knowledge and we achieve that after opening the fire elemental wall and gain access to the djinn room behind the enery walls.

The video is a long and deep explaniation giving support and reasoning about his theory - mostly related to The Mad Mage, 469 and Mathemagics. It may be right or wrong but unless proven otherwise - its as valid as any other theory.

This is just my opinion and it may be because I'm not a loremaster or just didn't pay enough attention but some of the stuff and reasoning felt a bit forced to say the least... but again sometimes you have to walk dark and unknown paths to discover big mysteries.

so he hasn't gone any further than other researchers of 469, from what I'm seeing he went overboard with pattern recognition.

My take is that anyone researching old parts of game content should think like a german computer science student because that's who they were at the time these things were added. Either ultima inspiration or basic stuff an university student would come up with.

That vastly narrow our posisbilities to what (german) university students would learn on cryptography class. Now which ciphers would germans research? Either theirs (Enigma) OR their ww2 enemies' (the cipher Russians were using to spy on americans, looks familiar?)

if 469 isn't complete gibberish (which I wouldn't be surprised if it was considering that most of mysteriandos turned out to be completely unscripted, yet knightmare acted as if they were solveable), it has to be something at student level. In fact when I look up pictures of VIC cipher, there are boards with 3 numbers on the left. Perhaps 469 could be useful?

edit: that's an interesting rabbit hole, wikipedia got me to origin of this cipher which is Nihilist cipher
notice how there are 5 letters and number 1, now tell me again what was 486486 saying about 1

another one with 5 letter sections I've found is one-time pad, though I'm not really sure how would applying numbers look like there (according to this article is also one cryptography students often work with)

anyway, if someone's fluent in cryptography, they're worth trying

it would be much easier if we had at least one confirmed translation (3478 was never confirmed to be "beholder", might be BH, might be not, 1 is "wrong" according to 486486 and his name is not/does not translate to "blinky" according to himself)
