Windows 7.6 Problem

hello i have small problem with my ot I make all good i think and nobody can join my server i dont know why i have 7.6 Engine and map + webserver and i have this error in console if someone can join

I/0 warning : failed to load external entity "data/accounts/0.xml"
I/0 warning : failed to load external entity "data/accounts/111111.xml"

please can someone help??

Bugged players?
It simply means that these accounts don't exists at all.
I think 0.xml pops up when somebody enters nothing in the login / password when connecting.

Make sure there are characters at data/players/, edit them with notepad and make sure their account numbers correspond to those in data/accounts.
