8.5 Pic editor.

Hello. I am looking for a working Pic editor for 8.5 so I can change the background of the current tibia client. Does anyone have a working link?

There are few ways to do it, just use adobe, gimp, or gsview, You don't need "pic editor for tibia", to do that..
