8.6 OT Runing Problem

I need some help to run the .exe
I do everything as I see on the tutorial but doesn't work.
Some servers I download have only config and shema sql file.
Do I need database slq file too? If yes, where do I find it and how I setup so I can run my own OT as GOD?

To run exe just double click on it

And seriously, do not setup OTS on raw Windows,
Download VMWare Player, and install Ubuntu 20.04

Don't forget to expose the ports 7171 7172 and 80/443 for website.
