The website said we had to download the client from the website and it would not auto patch. My question is: Was anything graphically changed? The way graphics engines work or anything of that sort? Because I've tried all resolutions and all graphics engines but my character won't walk correctly. Instead of walking it looks as if (not only it's lagging horribly) my character is teleporting from tile to tile and the gameworld refreshes my position somewhat quickly right after. And that's really the best I can describe it.

Anyone else experiencing these problems?

Update: Here's a shit low-quality video if it helps.

did you change it to direct x5 or something else cuz i dont got it...
and maybe your fps?

I've got a higher-end laptop. DX5/9 OpenGL are all the same basically. I've set FPS to 10 and max (around 180) and still looks the same.

It happened me with the testserver client, and then it happened now again with the official 9.6 client. I solved it (both times) by uninstalling Tibia, rebooting Windows and installing Tibia again.

Very odd. I did exactly that and it seems to be working perfectly now, thank you!

Just make a shortcut, dont change the name and go to the properties in the shortcut, and in the direct access put at the end <space> Engine 0 and then save and close.
