Buying A C#/C++ partner

I am in the process of creating a Tibia program, I will not reveal it here.

If you are a C# or C++ programmer, you could be earning big bucks by helping me do this.

I am not a C programmer myself, I'm still learning, so I need a guy thats a little advanced, but not too advanced seeming as the program isn't really something special. It's simple, really.
