Hey everyone,
I was setting up an old 7.72 server package (based on the leaked CipSoft files) in my WSL environment. While exploring the files, I opened the old "/game/log/error.log" and found a very specific entry dated from 2006:
"19.05.2006 09:38:14 (80850): ReceiveCommand: Ungltige Paketlnge 1 fr verschlsseltes Paket von Marcus Flynn."
What caught my attention is the player name: "Marcus Flynn". If you play Skyrim mods, you probably know Marcus Flynn is a well-known follower from the "Legacy of the Dragonborn" mod (which came out years after Skyrim's 2011 release).
Since the log is dated 2006, it raises a few questions:
1. Is this just a huge coincidence of a Tibia player choosing that name back in 2006?
2. Were these files tested and packaged years later by someone using that name, but running the server on a machine with the system clock/date set incorrectly to 2006?
3. cipsoft leaked files by toor is the REAL ZANERA 2006 server without modification? i mean, VIRGIN VERSION?
Has anyone noticed this entry in their server files before? I just wanted to share this interesting finding and hear your thoughts on whether this log comes from later community testing or if it's just a funny coincidence!
