A little Problem probably easy to solve

Hiho.
I have a rl-map OTs, witch works pefectly except, one problem.

When i start the OTs it says at one part:

[01/07/2010 16:11:56] [Warning - Npc::loadFromXml] Cannot load npc file (data/npc/Captain.xml).
[01/07/2010 16:11:56] Info: failed to load external entity "data/npc/Captain.xml"

Not only Captain, it's pretty much all of the npcs on the map.
And when i open map-editor the npcs are there.

What should i do?
I have the npc in my data/npc + scripts for them Oo.

I'll rep++ if you help me solve this!

I've been looking for a NPC folder witch contains all npcs for RL map ,
Been looking around otland, google and downloading different ots and taking the npc from there but can't find for rl-map !

Edit: i tried to put all the folders in my /data/npc but still same problem.
