You will need to locate it with the mapeditor not like SimOne just press OK.

Try to redownload, thats what i would have done.
Or, recopy and paste tibia.dat/.spr.

Oh my fault, I think the tibia.spr and .dat are not 8.1/8.0 just try to download tibia client 8.1/8.0
