A Problem with Tibia and exactly Grafic Engine i think...

Hello everyone, im having a problem with tibia or my computer.. i detected that every 3 or less minutes the performance of tibia its getting some kind of problem, i explain on images:




So.. when i play over 100+ frametate im fine, but when

I play under 20 frametate obviusly tibia has a problem.


also when i get my frametate under 20, the process Tibia.exe on Task Manager its using 16%
When usually when im playing good with a 100+ frametate the process its using 50%+

So i think its my grafic engine, also i tested Fifa and its also lagging.

If this happened to anyone and fixed it please reply, thank you.

First of all, try updating your Graphics drivers.
Also on the second picture, just tick the "Don't stretch my game" thingy and limit FPS to 60.

Be glad it's not below 10 fps, like mine.

I disabled NET Framework by mistake, i enabled it again and its working better but frametates still over 20 now and over 120, when before it was over 10 and over 120 so still annoying every 3 or 4 minutes but with a 20+ frametate
