A SteeringWheel/Scroll Request.

I would like to but a Steering Wheel somewhere and when you rightclick on it you'll be tped to some place.
But the thing is that I dont want anyone to be able to click. Forst I want them to rightclick a scroll then they will be able to right click the steering wheel

First u click shovel then u use the ground tile and something happens.

I want to "Use" the Steering Wheel then get teleported to the given position, but first you will need to right click a scroll.

So, u use a scroll and get strorage value set and then you can use the wheel?
