AAC Problem

Hi Guys

iam using TFS ot
when i put modern aac to it i always get this msg

A Database Error Occurred
Error Number: 1146

Table 'otserv.poll_votes' doesn't exist

SELECT * FROM poll_votes WHERE answer_id = 0

other questions

hohow i can change its style , etc?

i downloaed some edited files for aac but i dont know where to put them
like "images" folder , "index.tpl" and "sexy.css"

and ather one have these files
"images" , "img" , "favicon.ico" , "layout.php" , "layout_config.ini" , "main.css"w can i edit my AAC Files ?

i have fixed my database error

but i still cant edit my AAc please explain more
i have posted my photos in templates/default/images and my *.css too
but still the old background and photos working
