Do you have any future plans about removing noob chars which owns many many houses?
Can you make new system, to remove noob chars which doesnt login for decent time or something similarly?

It's just sad that some good located house are empty. And its also sad that I as active player cant own any good house(after playing this ot for half year or more).

How about a weekly rent system that makes the owner pay X amount of gps for each squaremeter of the house every week? Then the inactive players might not afford to keep their houses for months and the active players can have the houses.
