Linux About lampp (Xampp) and Phpmyadmin

I have sucefully installed ubuntu and it's great... But i was installing lampp (Xampplite) and i have seen that it dosent ask password for login on phpmyadmin and i was wondering to know about the security or any security way about phpmyadmin/mysql and!!! how i can delete/change the content inside httdocs since it say i don't have permission and i don't know how to import/delete files via terminal on "root"


EDIT: Nvm about the security on phpmyadmin i read on xampp web page about
/opt/lampp/lampp security And i have set passwords now

EDIT2: Found the problem about the permision thingy on httdocs
FIX: chmod a+w /opt/lampp/htdocs
