Is it about a server you're playing at or RL tibia?
 
I think he's asking about real tibia, either that or Shadowcores most likely. Don't think it's a server issue that he's having where it's not loading mounts but just a question about when the monsters spawn on Real Tibia/Shadowcore's.

Either way, I suggest Tibia Wiki for things like this:
Manta Ray - TibiaWiki - Quests, Items, Spells, and more
Undead Cavebear - TibiaWiki - Quests, Items, Spells, and more (My suggestion is to check there every day, perhaps sooner after a server save)

If it is a problem you're having with a server then elaborate more on what the problem is.

Its random Rare spawns... just check it evryday once and some day there will be one for you... or you can w8 at the spawn for like 5h and get it maybe

It is random (random = aleatorio), there isn't an specific time that tells you when those monsters will spawn. You can just go there every hour and you'll meet them.
