The community doesn't set the rules, we do. So no, it doesn't matter how many players there is that wants you "back" - you will not get your characters back. (Wow, did thom really break the rules? - Yes, he did.) Obviously you could create new accounts and make them happy since they really appears to be wanting to play with you, but no, you will not get your old accounts to play on.

We have other things to waste our times on than telling you the same thing over and over again. That "enough time has passed" is not a reason for you to get undeleted - deletions are permanent.
