About the avatars size...

Is there any way to get my avatar fully displayed like it is in this forum:

Because here on otland the avatar seems unfortunately to shrink my pic instead of resizing it like the other forum does. Also if I try to make the pic smaller and re-upload otland forum still cuts of both sides and just keeps the center of the avatar as you can see in my current avatar :/
Any help is appreciated

I did and it still would only take the center. Thats what I was talking about
