It was intended to work like that the first owner will always be the rightful owner of the account, that's why we disabled changing it. That information about support page is misleading. We might add it as a donation gift option though to reset account information, will consider adding it later today.

It's better if u guys make that we can change the account information just whit recovery key.
Cuz it's gonna be really bad if we need to donate for new rk and new account information :s
