how do I make a gamemaster account, and other characters ?

does is have with mysql to do or anything ?

its acc: 1 pass: 1 ..... not 111111/tibia

yes, first create ur account with the acc manager (1/1) then go to http://localhost/phpmyadmin, login and go to players, and change ur characters group_id.
