Accounts Missing!

I've got the FTS running but when I make a account via the homepage and I try to login there comes a message please enter a valid account number and password!
It works when I create the account from the ingame acc manager.
What is the problem?

It could have something to do with mysql because if I create a account with manager I can see that account on phpmyadmin!
the ones which are done with the Nicaw hp dont appear there

Would be grate if some1 could help me please
