Actions vs Movements

Sorry for my noob question, but Im just starting with the OTS world. Yesterday I added POI Quest to my OTS and it uses scripts from Movements and from Actions.

Just wanted to know whats the diference between Movements and Actions so I can make my own quests and put the scripts in the right place.

Thank you for your help, and sorry for my newbie question.

Movements are scripts that are triggered when you step over a specific tile in the map. While actions are triggered when you "use" an object.
