TFS 1.X+ adding custom spell icons

hello, how would i be able to add new spell icons for clean tfs 1.4.2 with otclient 8?

im assuming i need to edit client's '\data\images\game\spells\defaultspells.png' as well as 'modules/game_spelllist/spelllist.otui' and 'modules/gamelib/spells.lua'

but not sure how to go about it

would greatly appreciate the guiding

I believe that a client-side source code edit is required, but I'm not entirely certain. The same may also apply to the TFS sources that need to be edited.
