Adding Sprites to recent versions

Well i am thinking in creating a custom client with new sprites, lets say to a 10.77 or a10.78 tibia client..

Is this possible?
i mean the programs needed to add sprites support this new version or what version is the limit, also which programs are these4???

Currently the tool ObjectBuilder you'd use to add custom sprites isn't updated to a higher client than 10.5X.
So the answer is no, its not possible with the public tools that exists at the moment.

A bounty has been created to update ObjectBuilder:

You can either contribute by coding the missing feature or add more money to the bounty and hopefully someone will update it when the bounty is big enough for the work/time they spend.

what about item editor i want to add sprites to 10.5+++
