U're obviously unaware of the second Warmaster addon. You need 5 Lizard leathers, 5 Orc teeth, pot of beer and 5 Minotaur leathers

Tried to get some teeth and start the missions.

Warmaster Outfit Addons doesn't exist on MoonHawk.
