You don't need a webserver for SQL.

Ofcourse u need a mapeditor (duh)
to run a server because, u need a map
and if u want a map u need to create one
so how can u play on a server without a map?

I have already invluded an Map...
It comes in the Forgotten Server
But Ofcourse...
It needs some more tools...

Dude you don't need to edit any map to PLAY an OTS. The guy hosting the OTS has it all. You just have to worry about getting the right tools to play it.
