C++ All players in stack take damage when "ping sd"

There's a type of combat interesting in underwar server. I can't find for myself this condition in source.

So when a lot of peoples are in the same sqm. When someone ping sd in the sqm. All players in the same sqm takes damage.

Not work when atack with battle or hotkeys with one target. Just when put inside every one.

Can someone help me to do this condition in my server?
