Lua & [Anomalic things] SVN_0.3.5

Hello! Cuz of some reason I am getting strange bugs on SVN_0.3.5 and NO, I am NOT WHINING cuz I know it's still not finished, but it would be nice if someone helped me to fix it:

1)Sometimes when I walk in town, hunt, talk with npc's there appears a SNOW TILE near me from nowhere. It is funny, but might be annoying too. This bug was happening in all previous revs, atm using 2080.



2)I am getting error each time someone logs in:
