Windows Anyone is crashing my ot!help!

hello guys!
i have a dedicated ot 8.52 version tfs 0.3.5 and a few days ago a bored guy said me:"give me 100 points in shop and the best lvl" or i crash your server,logically i said no,then he said 5,4,3,2,1 and server was crash,and now he is crashing my ot all the time :S i dont know what can i do for avoid this crashes :S anyone know how to avoid crashes?i think the problem can be in theforgotten login server,magebomb or ddos attacks (ddos i think no because only is 1 guy and for crash ot with ddos you need many pcs) well if anyone know how to fix it please tell me

I suppose the found a bug and abused it to make the Server crashing. Or it might be that he is using magebomb to crash your server. So add anti magebomb system, fix all known bugs immediatly and maybe you should try to be tricky. Tell him you will give him if he tell you how he is crashing the Server.

you can still do the bug, if you do it in a special way (wont tell cuz then even more ppl will abuse it).

my solution was to get LINUX<3

yees he is using telnet i think because one friend asked him how to make crashes and said "i use telnet,i push the server's ip in my router and the server crashes" anyone know how to fix it? he crashed the ot 57 times today :/

Sounds like he's Ddosing tbh.
And no, you don't need more than 1 pc to Ddos.

Yep, get Linux.. I've been using Debian the last few months and it really pwns. Linux <333

Yepp, I was having problem with the telnet-shit and C++ Runtime bla bla bla, so I changed to linux and zomg, I will never use windows again... Using ubuntu 9.10 server edition x64 btw.
