As you may know , our otland team

started on saphira and we got 3 of us(we are like8or9) who ordered premmy alrdy.
But for establishing a guild yiu need one premmy leader and two vices. So i wanted to ask i any premmy player of you just could make a lvl 1 char on saphira and join our guild to establish it?
We planned to create the guild as soon as we got premmy and maybee two helpfull otlanders
