Aol forever but not for redskulls?

Its possible to make an aol never disapear but i dont know if someone can do that thing with redskull
Not that I know the right programming language to write it for you but can't you just make a check what skull id (not sure on the numbers but I think its 0,1,2,3 etc for white, yellow, red etc)
and make something like
IF playername skull id = x THEN aoltype = 1 ELSE
aoltype = 2
END IF
(i'm pretty sure no ot server is programmed in vb though so you have to write it in the correct language
)
Forgot to add, one type is the normal aol and the other one is the neverending aol.
