I see that you're Polish, so I think that your windows is also in Polish.

If you have windows 7 port 80 can be used by the basic functions of windows, so try this:
Funkcje systemu windows -> Włącz lub wyłącz funkcje systemu windows -> Internetowe usługi informacyjne (<-- uncheck this)
