APACHE issue - simple - Doesnt Start. Incompatibility

Hello guys i have just started to join this community and of course starting to test.

My first desicion was to downloaduniform server to start learning little by little.
I can start the MySQL server properly and the status is good. Accessible from internet, but when i Attempt to start APACHE it sais "Apache failed to start"

Went to the error logs and i found this compatibility problem, but have no idea how to solve it.

Dear tisan,

You most likely have another program using the same port. (which most likely is skype)
I would suggest, restart your computer, shutdown programs such as skype and try to start apache again.
When this is not working I would like to know which programs you're running. You can see all the processes in your task manager.

That was not the case i believe. I donwloaded Xampp and it worked properly. i just am not used to it. But i think the software might be not updated. The incompatibility error report makes it more clear i think. I would still like to use uniform. If you can think of anything else it would be good!

Errors are a **** sometimes. Do you have Xampp closed down completely?
