Our Team is looking to hire another mapper to further bolster our mapping team as we continue to grow.
What we offer;
1. Hourly and Fair Pay. We pay an hourly rate, not based on completion, as we do not like to encourage our mappers is rush their work, it also means you will be properly compensated for your work rather than under compensated.
2. An exceptionally stable position; Almost everyone in our team are full time developers. Meaning they consistently have work available, and dont need to worry about simply having no work and having to find another position, or supplementary income. We have been around for over 4 years now, with many of our staff with us for 3+ years.
3. We invest in you as a staff member. We invest in our staff for the long run, what's most important for us, especially early on, is developing you as a relevant developer for us for the long term. You will receive mentorship & constant feedback in a veteran development team environment, filled with over 20 people working as a team to a common goal.
4. Flexibility. Our staff are very rarely required to work at certain times. Most work will be provided weeks in advance, so you can pick and choose when you want to work, and when you dont want to.
What we require;
1. Someone that is very flexible to learn & improve, and prepared to work hard to improve their ability, no matter how high their base quality already is.
2. Someone who will treat their position as a job. That means they will remain professional when required, and be punctual when required.
3. Minimum 20 hours a week availability / 80 hours a month. However, this position is available for up to full time (40 hours/week).
