Arrows that make more dmg the higher m lvl you have

Im looking for a script that makes flash arrow(7838) hit higher with the more m lvl you have,if someone could make it hit for around 500 with m lvl 80,that would be great

To do that, all you need to do is set the formula COMBAT_FORMULA_LEVELMAGIC, -6.25, -0, -0, -0,)

At each magic level the damage will increase by 6.25 and at magic level 80 it will dead 500 damage.
