I get this error on my site i never had this error before
Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded or smth like that..

If your site doesn't loads in 60 seconds,you can't enter
Maybe you didn't opened ports,changed details in database for website?

no it was normal like 5 days then from nothing it gave me that error..

It's a PHP thing, a php script took too long to execute ! Maybe someone replaced your index.php?

turn icmp off is easy do it by regedit.

Windows button + R
then type regedit and then go to this location
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters
there EnableICMPRedirect is seted to 1 you need to change it to 0

and no more ping.

and if you want to do it on server then do this.
1.Open Network Connections.
2.Right-click the connection on which Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) has been enabled, and then click Properties.
3.On the Advanced tab, click Settings.
4.On the ICMP tab, do one of the following:
To disable ICMP options, clear any or all of the ICMP check boxes.
